| No. You decide who views your profile by invitation only. |
| 2. I only want some of my sizes to be visible to friends and family members, is this possible? |
| Yes. After completing your profile you'll be asked if you'd like to invite friends and family
members to view your profile. The Controlled Viewing feature allows you to decide which sizes in your clothing size profile others are allowed to view. |
| 3. Do I need to complete the whole size profile? |
| No. You can fill in as little or as much information as you would like. You can always come back later and update your size profile and preferences. |
| 4. How private and secure is my personal information? |
| ClickSize uses the most secure up to date methods to insure your personal information is never compromised. |
| 5. Will my information be sold? |
| No. We will never give, lease or sell your personal information. |
| 6. Why do some clothing items have two (2) sizes on the profile? |
| Depending on the clothing item, the size may be listed on a retailers website with either a Number (N) or Letter (L) size or both. It is best to fill out both the (L) and (N) size to help others shop accurately for you but it is not required. |
| 7. How do I create profiles for my family members? |
| After creating your own ClickSize profile you may then create profiles for members of your own family. On the ClickSize Member Home page, click on "Create Profiles for My Family Members" in the left navigation bar and follow the instructions. |
| 8. Is ClickSize free? |
| Yes! ClickSize is completely free! Its free to complete your own profile and profiles of others in your family. |
| 9. How do I update my clothing size and fit categories? |
| On the ClickSize Member Home page, click on "Update My ClickSize Profile" in the left navigation bar and follow the instructions on that page.

| 10. How can I change my personal information, such as my last name and email? |
| Through "Edit My Account" you may change your first name, last name, zip code and your email. After signing in, click on "My Account" in the top navigation menu from any ClickSize web page. On the "My Account" page, click on "Edit My Account" link and follow the instructions.

| 11. I've forgotten my password, how do I access my ClickSize account? |
| If you've forgotten or misplaced your password, we will send it to your email address. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link located in the Member Login box in the upper right hand corner of any ClickSize web page. Once your on the Forgot Your Password page please enter the email you used to create your account and click on submit. Please retrieve your passcode from your email inbox. |
