Profile Search

Searching for a User's Profile
Anyone may search for another person's ClickSize profile, however, in order to view that profile you must be a registered user and the person you are searching on must invite you to view their profile. To search for a profile:

Locate the search box on the ClickSize Home Page. The search box is located under the words "Find Someones Clothing Size Now".

Type in the first name, last name or email address of the size profile you're searching for. To narrow down your search it is best to type in both the first name and last name.

If you are a registered user and already signed in you may click on the person's name and it will automatically take you to that person's size profile. If you are not a registered user, please go to the Join Now page to register for ClickSize's free service.

Tip: You may also search for a user's ClickSize profile from the Member Home page. Please sign in and go to the Member Home page, once there click on "Search for a ClickSize Profile" in the navigation bar on the left side of the page.

Searching for a Child's Profile
The ClickSize service is available to users over the age of fourteen. A parent or parental guardian may create a profile for a member under fourteen years of age and that profile will become a sub profile under the parent or parental guardian's profile. To search for a child's profile:

Locate the search box on the ClickSize Home Page. The search box is located under the words "Find Someones Clothing Size Now".
Type in the first name, last name or email address of the child's parent or guardian to find that child's profile. To narrow down your search it is best to type in both the first name and last name.
Once the name is located you'll notice that the child's name directly follows the parent or guardian that created the profile (example: Steve Smith - Suzy Smith)
If you are a registered user and already signed in you may click on the child's name and it will automatically take you to the child's size profile if the parent or guardian has invited you to view the child's profile. If you are not a registered user, please go to the Join Now page to register for ClickSize's free service.

Tip: You may search for a child's profile by typing in their first and last name if the parent or guardian that created the profile used the actual first and last name rather than a nickname.

Searching for a Sub Profile
Registered users of the ClickSize service may set up profiles for individual family members or acquaintances with their permission, these profiles are referred to as sub profiles. To search for a sub profile please follow the same directions above listed under "Searching for a Child's Profile"

A few things to keep in mind when searching:

If searching by a users email address , it must be the email address they used when creating the account. If you are aware of the user having more than one email address try entering both of them.
To ensure privacy, you must be invited to view another users profile. if you have located a users profile and they have not given you permission to view it, ClickSize will give you the opportunity to send them an email requesting permission. In order to to send an email requesting permission you must first be a registered user.
