Creating Profiles for Family Members

Setting Up a Family Member's Size Profile
ClickSize allows you to set up profiles for members of your family so others can shop more accurately for them by knowing their correct size. To create a family member's size profile:

Sign in to your account and go to the Member Home page.
On the left side of the page in the navigation bar, click on "Create Profiles for My Family Members".
You will then be taken to the "Create Profiles for My Family Members" page where you may click on the "Continue" button to begin the process of creating a profile for a your family member.

Creating Your Family Member's Size Profile
Follow the instructions above to access the "Create Profiles for My Family Members" page, once on that page please do the following

In the text box next to "Name this Account", create a name for the account. Names or nicknames should be easily recognizable to someone searching for their profile, for example, "John", "John Smith" or "My Son John" would all be good examples.

Click on the drop down box to select their age range.

Choose the appropriate Clothing Size Category that best represents the category of clothing they shop in.

Click on the drop down box to select their Clothing Fit. If you are unsure of their fit please select Regular (you can always update their profile later if you wish to change it)

Click the Continue button

Creating Your Family Member's Size Chart
After following the above instructions you'll now be able to set up your family member's personal size chart which only takes a few minutes. The size chart is divided into four (4) sections: Bottoms, Tops, Shoes/Jewelry and Accessories, Optional Preferences.

Create the size chart by choosing your family member's size from each of the drop down boxes next to the clothing items in the Bottoms, Tops, Shoes/Jewelry and Accessories section. Note: When you first choose their clothing sizes from the drop down boxes, each clothing item in that section will automatically change to the size you've chosen. To change those sizes just click on the drop down box and choose a new size.
In the Optional Preferences section you are given the opportunity to choose favorite colors and favorite retail stores for your family member. Use the drop down boxes to choose a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice for each.
When finished, click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. Note: If you have not finished filling out the size chart but would like to save your choices you must click the "Continue" button.

Updating Your Family Member's Size Profile
Through the Welcome Member page you can update your family member's size profile.

Sign in to your account and go to the Member Home page.
On the left side of the page in the navigation bar, click on "My Sub Profiles" to be taken to that page.
Choose the profile you would like to edit and click on the edit icon located next to the name.
To update your profile follow the steps listed above under "Creating Your Family Member's Size Profile"
